Ramon Ledezma

Ramon Ledezma is the founder of Ledezma Law, where he delivers sophisticated, results-driven representation in consumer protection class actions, business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and appellate matters.

Before launching the firm, Ramon was a partner-track litigation associate at Robins Kaplan LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and insurers as coverage counsel in high-stakes insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation. He also served as a judicial clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where he rigorously reviewed appellate records and briefs, researched complex legal issues, and drafted proposed decisions for the Court’s consideration. He served as a member of the Massachusetts Evidence Committee, contributing to the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence.

While earning his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, Ramon served on the Northeastern University Law Review. He interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and for the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Sofia Nuño Unanue

Partner

Sofia Nuño is a litigator with five years of complex commercial and regulatory experience at a top-ten Boston law firm and a Los Angeles litigation boutique, with expertise spanning government and white-collar investigations, data privacy, consumer protection class actions, insurance, and securities litigation.

Before joining Ledezma Law, Sofia practiced at Mintz, an Am Law 100 firm in Boston, where she trained under some of the city’s top litigators and represented Fortune 500 companies and institutional investors in class actions, data privacy matters, securities litigation, business disputes, and government investigations, and served as coverage counsel to insurers in complex insurance disputes. She was recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2024 and 2025. While at Mintz, she authored articles on antitrust, data privacy, and consumer protection trends for Bloomberg Law and Corporate Counsel, and served as a regular contributor to the firm’s client alerts and TCPA practice newsletter.

Sofia graduated first in her class — valedictorian — at New England Law | Boston, and holds a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in public policy and criminal law. During law school, she gained hands-on experience interning with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office White Collar Crime Unit, the Massachusetts District Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Beyond her private practice, Sofia has drafted legislation for the Massachusetts State House on behalf of victims of human trafficking. Her pro bono work has included representing survivors of human trafficking, asylum seekers, immigrants, and victims of sexual violence, as well as sealing and expunging criminal records.
